Congratulations to NZ team for their clinical show. I wonder how many will show up for the dead rubber.
I'm not particularly a Bopara fan, but he better than 2-3 of that shower who are given numerous games but continue to fail ! The thing his , he is one of that merry band, but is a better batsman than them!
Bopara is a good shout as an all rounder.
Very Decent bowler in the one day game and can bat well if on form and has abit of luck.
Dernbach is facking a pathetic bowler. I smile every time he gors over 60 runs in his 10 overs which is just about every game.
Dernbach, good grief how did he get a call up over Onions/Tremlett/any other able bodied quick bowler qualified to play for England (and I include myself in that bracket, knackered knees and all).
Quite simply not good enough.
Bairstow must be wondering what he has done wrong, seeing Butler picked ahead of him after playing so well in the test side.
Sweet Jebus, please don't start talking about Ravi, we've only just got shut of him.
It's a shame that the lad Stokes made a fool of himself on the last Lions tour, a genuine prospect as a quality allrounder.
Woakes proved the point that there is a big step up from County to International cricket, he does have potential though.
What happened to that other Surrey bowler with SA origins but bowls at 90mph and playing in India. Can't remember his name?
Stuart Meaker. Another who flattered to deceive.
Cook
Pietersen (Bell)
Trott
Root
Morgan
Bopara
Prior
Broad
Swann
Anderson
Finn
Root/Bopara as 5th bowler.
If your having Prior in the team I'd have him at 3. Wasted at 7. I like Bell and Cook opening..
