Some good games in the quarters. What a dramatic way for Ghana to win their quarter final vs Chile.
Now waiting for the semis which promises to be entertaining.
Sanogo is shooting France to glory, Iraq sneaking through as well.
The Ghana game was amazing.
Best of the tournament for me so far.
The semi-final between them and France should be a great game.
Aboagye was excellent for Ghana, as was Acheampong.
Henriquez didn't an awful lot else apart from score two goals but he popped up when it mattered for Chile.
They've got a talented front 3 but I think they were badly let down by their defence. It was very unorganised at times.
@mcintinhos: There's a major story brewing around Iraq U20s. FIFA has opened an investigation over age-related queries following several complaints.
I am sure they always do investigations for African teams as well. A large number of African players are age cheats. Take Victor Wanyama for example, his official age is 21 years yet he is at least 26/27 years old.
Have you seen Seydou Doumbia? He's supposedly just 25..

Then you've also got Hendry Thomas. He's Honduran, not African,, nevertheless he was also 25 when he signed for Wigan..

Even the Russians are at it..

And past them, you of course have the majority of the Liverpool academy.
Even the *Macdeonians are at it
what a surprise ghana fielding over age players...as they always did during the 90s !
iraq at it too
roger milla was supposedly 38 in the '90WC ..he was probably 42/43
Wanyama finished high school in 2006 so I am guessing he was around 18 years old then.
Is this still going on? Got sidetracked by the CONCACAF Gold Cup.
Ghana are in a mess defensively.
France are all over them and should already be at least a goal up.
Stewart Robson claims to know about every player I swear.
Everytime I've seen him for France at this tournament, he's looked very dangerous.
Makes a lot of good runs.
Really like Thauvin as well as the obvious others like Kondogbia, he who shall not be named and Sanogo.
And then he goes and does that.
France have gone to sleep.
Ghana were a bit hard done by there.
Improved a lot in that 2nd half and Areola made some good saves.
Not sending off Thauvin was a bit controversial after the referee got his card out although the Umtiti sending off was a farce.
