Is hammill even a winger at all? At his best he always seemed to be charging inside at defenders, not out on the wings (his best not being at wolves of course).

Forde will get game time this year for sure but guess until we know what system kj wants to play its hard to figure which players will fit best.

gb - agree with you about Hamill and he would be one I would like us to offload. Can't imagine him regularly producing the goods even at League One level. And as for Zele yes its now or never. Like to see him get a chance with the first team in pre season. He certainly has ability but needs now to show he can use it at the senior level

well considering we end up loaning out half our youth team to league one it's make or break for pretty much of all them

I reckon that Hamill would be good enough in league 1, but like so many other players in our squad, his attitude stinks. I would say the same for Griffiths but he has more quality and sometimes a cocky attitude is needed for a striker. Steve bull was no saint after all. I can't excuse his (G*riffiths) actions in the past, no one can really but if he scores 20-30 goals it would be difficult not to forgive and forget. I could never see Hamill doing enough to shake off his image though. Where Griffiths has knuckled down and let his boots do the talking, what has Hamill achieved? EVER

It doesn't matter who I would like to see cinci, but the fact is that I would definitely NOT be "drooling" over that front four.

I don't think anybody in their right minds would "drool" over it either. And that's why I am particularly worried about you at the moment. Have you thought about talking to your doctor about how you're feeling lately?

As a div 1 line up i would argue that it is a very strong front 4 on paper, reason enough to be optimistic (ok)
