Your fine was for a separate investigation and a separate charge.

pretty sure the fine was for bringing the game into disrepute by entering admin.

same as Dunfermline no?

It was for the Craig Whyte thing of not informing the stock-exchange and the Dundee United Scottish Cup money?

I think Whytey got £200k thrown at him as well, that was never paid.

The SFA said the Ibrox club had been hit with the maximum £50,000 fine for going into administration, or "experiencing an insolvency event". It was also fined £10,000 for breaching the body's rules and the remaining £100,000 of the fine was in relation to breaching rule 66 by bringing the game into disrepute.

Their sanction for going into admin was a transfer embargo.

There is nothing to be upset about.

You got a £50,000 fine and Dunfermline got a transfer-embargo. Why are you so outraged?

no outrage, just curious as to why the rules haven't been applied equally across the board, in the name of sporting integrity you'll agree im sure

" we don't want preferential treatment, just to be treated equally and the rules applied across the board"

John Reid

Then celtic chairman

No outrage, we just want treated equally

Dundee (twice), Livi and Motherwell all went into admin for not paying admin and PAYE.

None of then got a years (unlawful) transfer ban for it.

One rule for us and one for everyone else. Purely as we are in the papers.

It was joke what happened to us by the SFA etc. That's why we should never forget. I wont and I wont just 'move on' after it.

Rules should be applied for all clubs across the board, not made up to be seen to be equal to all clubs and thus being unequal.

Our transfer embargo was for Craig whyte's actions, not the clubs apparently it was tantamount to match fixing

We also got the same transfer embargo as dunfermline, they just didn't get the fine.

The current embargo we have is seperate and is to do with actions that were "second only to match fixing apparantly" so yes it's another example of the precedent set with us not being followed

aye it was ruled unlawful for a start!

-----------------

EVERY club gets an instant transfer embargo when going into admin, thats why Rangers couldnt finalise the deal to bring back cousin

Rangers were handed an additional illegalr transfer embargo

Rangers should ask the sfa for clarification

Rangers deliberately witheld PAYE and NI contributions that had been deducted from staff's wages.
