I'll be honest I don't like, nor do I want to go into this political stuff with you. But India does not own Kashmir.
Yes, India does own Kashmir. At present, we control 2/3 of the land anyway.
Only thing I don't like is the support for Asian teams can be a bit over zealous sometimes.
That said, I went to the Sri Lanka game and there was some good banter between the fans.
Pakistan fans bale. There were fights between pak fans and SA fans and during the India pak match too.
Only common factor is pakistan fans.
What I cannot stand is when sone Indian fans boo Bopara - the same with Pakistani fans and Saj Mahmood. Its very sad.
Each to their own... And credit where its due... Nobody loves cricket like the Indians.
I just find it sad that many support India instead of England. I love tge fact
Indians don't own Kashmir they illegally occupy Kashmir. Basic human privileges all denied to Indian occupied Kashmir.
Trott, KP, Stauss, Mahamood and few others choose to play for England/English county. It is their choice and one has to respect that.
......
I though Mahmood was born in Bolton? In whichcase I woukd commend him for representing his country.
Is this Kashmir arguement the reason for such animosity between Ibdia and Pakistan, or one of many?
Yorkie the Mahmood and Bopara incidents are just harmless banter
Kashmir is just the tip of the iceburg although Pakistan support an independent Kashmir unlike India. However Pak/Ind tensions go further back sadly.
Kash, it wasn't when I heard it at Headingley mate. I am mixed race Sri Lankan Tamil heritage before anyone accuses me of being a far right.
It is sad to see your countries argue like this. I think you are very similar as people - excuse any stereotype. So passionate, dedicated, biased and patriotic to your heritage. Most well educated and brought up... Maybe you should join together and support England - That way everyone can be friends
well we were one big country but division has caused tension. The thing is outdid cricket we get on really well in UK that is but as soon as the green and blue jerseys come on the inner beast returns. That will never change.
Ps I do actually follow England but not with the same passion.
Wat up folks.. I enjoy here chatting cricket but please avoid any political crap. Don't spoil the environment and personally as I have lived in kashmir when I was little kid as my dad was in Indian Army still I don't want to discuss any further. Both countries I hope in future have peace as common people are the real victims. Don't try to get on higher horse that one particular Nation is better or worse. Take care everyone..
Don't be so stupid kash. Kashmir existed before pakistan did so how on earth does that make it the property of pakistan? It is India's while pakistan illegally occupy it, just like they tried to tried to illegally occupy Kargil before the Indian Air Force drove them out.

Is altj the most boring person on JA606? Yep I think he is
I didn't begin the Kashmir debate, Afridi did.
Kash, are you one of the most bitter people on this board? I think so
Went did the Mexican push his wife off the cliff?
To-kill-her
Too root cause if the Pakistan/Indian hostility is due to certain waiters receiving more tips than the others.
Will be interesting to see what the crowds are like for the series next summer.
Will it be 80/20 English for the tests and vice versa for odi's. Why do you think there is less interest in test matches in the sub-continent?
