You have to share it with athletics & every other organisation who the LLDC wants to let use it. You onlt have exclusive right to it during the majority of the football season. We have access to our new ground 24/7 all year long!

Our Trump card is OS - a stadium is already built and needs some renovation...

West Ham will play at the iconic OS during the football season. When the season is over, and rather than gathering dust like most grounds, it will then be used for a range of other events, thus building on its status even further.
