They don't have a relationship. He's too old for Wenger.

Ancelotti is an unusual ex-Chelsea manager who does not hate Arsene.

I believe they are bum chums.

The news that Arsene wants to sign Higuain has apparently raised an eyebrow or two at Real.

Oh hang on, they're down again. No, now they're back up... now down again... up... down...

Crazy stuff.

I thought Kalou was our number one transfer target?

Ancelotti
Top manager. He brought us winning football without the drama. Cant speak highly of him enough. Deserves a long overdue shot at the Madrid job

Wenger and cuddly Carlo are close, some might say 'too close', but don't pay that any mind...

The reality is simple, anyone who thinks Ancelotti holds any sway as to where Higuain will end up is a deluded single celled organism that deserves to be stuck in a darkened pit for the rest of their days, existing on on a diet of ink soup!

The Madrid board call the shots, always have, always will, despite any rumours to the contrary.

Higuain will move to whoever offers Madrid the deal closest to their liking. Depending on who you believe, as it stands, Arsenal are singing all the right notes, but it's not a done deal yet.

And thus increasing Kalou's price tag by about £5m.

Anyone can score for Lille. Even Gervinho managed it.

===========

He's not "in charge of transfers", but he is the chief negotiator.
