Stage type = Individual Time Trial
Map and profile

some monkey threw wee at cav,
weelers should of been fined for his comments after the sprint ,foul language and totally condemning cav wasn't helpful,if a little tap like that makes him crumble he should keep his whine y as.s out of the way
Cavendish was in the wrong, he has shown that kind of petulance in the past when frustration kicks in, it was a hard shoulder for sure.........veelers drifted slightly, but not much.
As for the race, if we thought last year was dull, well hello 2013, all over already so all those great mountain stages lined up are now completely pointless, froome is either a class above or on something......aided by some very mediocre riders at other teams.
The OPQ lead out train for Cavendish is pathetic. They cr@p themselves when faced with a turn in the road.
Veelers was finished and should have stayed out of the way instead of fooling around going right when he clearly should have moved left.
As soon as Froome got Yellow the French press claimed the tour was over and Froome was on drugs.
Now the French press are crying about the fact that Froome was born in Kenya.
Cavendish is a hard man that has probably hit the deck more times than Veelers.
Quite a summary of the first 11 days WTCBU
Why the hell are the french getting their knickers in a bunch over where Froome comes from......just about any good sportsman in France is from Africa?!?

Yesterday was a great day for racing and an excellent win for Cav.
The big questions – is the Sky team burnt out or are they just playing a tactical game? Will L'equipe stop moaning about Froome? Will they have more to moan about after today irrespective of Froome's performance?

Be surprised admin, still not right after injury.
I really hope today isn't a big anti-climax, i want to see sky broken and for Froome to have to really work for it.........sadly i don't think that will happen.
This is an incredible ride so far by Froome
Froome looks to be on another level from everyone else on the tour.
Looks like it genuinely hurts, incredible ride
Contador loses 1"40!
Crosses the line with Kreuzinger, Quintana lost 30" in the last kilometer and the half
you can put me in the non believer category after that, very keen to see the power numbers!!
Also, sky broke the rules today, taking on food bags on the final climb with 10kms to go.
Didn't see them taking on food bags, will take your word on that
Don't understand why you'd be a non-believer, he's been doing this for a couple of years. The more suprising performance for me, was how close he ran Martin in the TT
I have NEVER seen anyone accelerate like that, including all the well known drug fueled rides.
Anyway, not gonna go on about it, lets take it for what it was for now, a spectacular ride.
Quintana looks a good rider.
Hmm
Indeed he does Would be much closer if he hadn't lost hatfuls during the TT if I remember correctly
Apparently Richard Virenque is tearing him to shreads on French radio?!
About Doping? If so, he's hardly one to talk
Ha yeah, but the saying ''it takes one to know one'' springs to mind.
