I have to say I was hating it when paulinho was named third best player in the tournament. He just became much harder to sign. Hopefully enough ground work has been done

Call me paranoid but first there were quotes how
he can't reject Spurs and now he is saying a decision
has not been made.

I still don't see what the big deal is here? Brazil have just won the confederations cup and he is obviously concentrating on this. I am almost certain Spurs have sorted out most of this transfer already and probably realised he could of had a great cup run hence why it's been sorted pretty quick. The amount that has gone into this transfer, there is no way it's going to just fold like this. He is being cautious, end of story. Paulinho is a spurs player.

Paulinho has come out already and might aswell of said he's a spurs player. I think his agent or advisors have probably had a go at him and told him to not mention it again until it's 100% done.This is why last nights comments differ from a few days ago.
