Afridi it will take a huge effort for India to beat England in India. Afridi I am from Yorkshire I don't act like Michael Vaughan who cant see passed his own biasness.I think most would agree with me when it comes to Tim Bresnan. I look at the players strike rates..Bresnan would make a good 4th seamer if he could bat better.Hes not a 3rd seamer You need 3 top quality seam bowlers if you play with 6 batsmen and 4 bowlers.. Sure we have played Stoke at 6 lately .. But hes more a number 7.

I hope they go for Borthwick, hes different with being a leg spinner.. I would have gone for Tredwell a while ago. But hes not a international test offspinner.. Good for odi cricket.. You need to look at his first class record last summer.. It was a dry summer and he took hardly any wickets if any.You'd think he would have bowled teams out on dry wickets.
Anyhow Borthwick can bat aswell. So may aswell pick him.
If they pick Anderson when hes done nothing for along time, It shows they are trying to get him to 384 wicket as quick as possible. Right now Jimmy Anderson doesn't deserve his place. Id give Finn and Broad the new ball. Rankin and Stokes as back up.Finn is just as likely to take wickets as much as Anderson.
