According to today's Mail Ally was up most of the night pleading for loans from Chelsea - "anybody - don't care what position thye play - jist gie's them".
"Please".
"Pretty please"....

as above Verhoek bid rejected - FFS

is this not Goodwillie all over again - Gers pay them the £2mil for this laddie nae more daft offers - this is exactly the type of player we badly need -creative winger with an eye for goal

probably hear later on in the day we'll have a bid for juhasz rejected aswell, heard somewhere anderlecht were looking for a bid closer to £4m, and really cant see us going anywhere near that, deadline for registering players for the europa cup is today aswell, so there may well be action yet on the transfer front

Forrest are likely to sign Verhoek for 2m, god knows what we bid!

Was this before or after that embarrassing defeat to that pub team De Ja Vu Its murray all over again did he give whytey lessons on how to keep the bears happy and give them false hope after a bad result hoping the delusional forget about it

Just keep winning those league titles.

its the opposite of Murray Murray spent a fortune on some average players and left us up the creek.

at least Whyte is being prudent !! but needs to learn when a player like Verhoek is available for £2 mil - pay the lolly ......

Some fans have memories like goldfish.

£4m for Colin Hendry!

Just paying silly money got us in to trouble in the past - I much prefer coming across as penny pinching than bloody mugs..,

the fat le guen has no chance of winning the title this year he will be out before the original plg was

Whyte being prudent hahaha he bought you lot for a quid then bought lloyds off with the gers fans dosh But you gullible lot will believe anything. Remember alistair johnson and co all forewarning this would happen. And these where men at the heart of the deal who knew more about it than we did

Prudence will this takeover dignity and venus you may have outspent us by how much wow you have a whole host of players needed whereas we only need a couple

Gullible for watching 3 in a row. Not so sure about that bud.

debear 3 in a row has nothing to do with the issue here but i suppose thats the gers way, if it seems to be true then bring out the 3iar it's that great an achievement that WGS did it with a very poor celtic team

DEFLECT DENY DIGNITY OH AND PRUDENT

Neither of the bids have been rejected yet.
They are going to be looked at on Monday, as has been reported all week.
I believe the bid for Juhasz is £3.2m. Quite an outlay, and a bit I would hope would be accepted.
Don't know what the Verhoek bid is, but with more interest in him, it's important we stump up their demands ASAP or see him walk to another club again.
A guy who was Dutch player of the year would be worth 4 or 5 times whatever they're asking if he wasn't in the final year of his deal.

wan - and what is your issue ????

Whyte is being prudent with the funds to make sure Gers dont end the creek again ???

let me remind you of the bhoys predictions - firesale, admin, oot of business by Jan, Feb, March and so on - and the best Lenny will rip us a new wan

when the transfer windae shuts - then have a look at our team

debear 3 in a row has nothing to do with the issue

--------------------
Buying players has nothing to do with winning titles, again I'm not sure I get you.

Nobody's deflecting - we pay our money to see trophies being won, new players arrive, etc.

The atmosphere around all SPL clubs is one of thrift just now. Everyone can see it.

We need players and maybe Whyte is trying it on a bit too much but if that means no Sen Rozenthals or Scheidts then I'll live with it.
