From Brotheryoungs thread.
The players gave a 100% from start to finish I think if Coisty can keep going in this direction he could become a great Rangers manager!

All joking a side, we gave lenny time, maybe they will give McCoist time but that statement is attrocious, a flucking friendly ffs!!!

Tony Mowbray had us flying in pre season, by October we were flying like Buzz Lightyear

It is only pre season but given the choice I think we would all agree that you'd rather win and play well than not surely?

I like brother youngs optimism

I.E, for Celtic no i wouldn't, for 3 years we had Kris Killen as our top pre season scorer

The year we done well in pre season we won fluck all, the year we got humped 3 games out of 5 we won everything apart from the league cup.

I know how hard pre season is, the fat fans who slag the club don't have a Scooby Doo about football. Do they games lose us points or seeding? No!!!

Disagree Nnh. I'm sure if you asked any manager if they would like to see good performances and players looking good in pre season they would say yes rather than no.

But when all is said and done, everybody knows pre season is nothing more than to get players fitness and sharpness back....well unless you are a bear..who celebrate Celtic losing a few pre season games like they have just won the 2nd division and celebrate winning the "Blackthorn Cup " like they just won the Ramsdens for the first time..

Pity the silly Billy's

I've said as much Timi. Just pointing out you'd rather win than lose. I don't think any manager would differ from my opinion .

Goes without saying really ridiculous to suggest otherwise
