Chelsea wouldn't sell Mata
Jay
There was quite a lot of rumours that Jose would sell Mata. They may just be rumours but something about them just felt a bit too real.
It'd be madness to sell him after the season he had last season.
On another note, RVPLF....9 seconds....How?!
Jay never left...Except for the weekend

He sits on twitter all day clicking refresh on his feed.
Hahaha Mata. You lot do make me laugh.
Yeah but....9 seconds

I wish I could last 9 seconds
Maybe he uses something like TweetDeck?
It pops up whenever someone you follow make a Tweet. Or, like U16990 says, maybe he just sits and hits refresh all day?
As for the OP, Cesc will only return to Barca.
I can't see Mata leaving Chelsea, but if he does, I can't see them selling to United.
IF and i say IF, we do actually bid i can only imagine the club have had some indication from Barca or Fabregas that this would be welcomed.
Would be a great move for us given his age, knowledge of the league and RVP particulalry.
Cesc will only return to Arsenal, not Barca.
Apparently we've actually put the bid in.
I honestly just logged into Twitter and the tweet came up on my feed
Now seems like a strange time to bid. Thiago just gone so seems unlikely Barca will want to sell Cesc as well.
Will also be a tad frustrated to see us sign 26 year old Cesc for £35million while 21 yo Thiago goes for £21million.
Just kidding. I won't care. Cesc
Yeah RVPLF, no one is believing that for a second Would be a fantastic signing, but I was skeptical of it when he was first being linked last month...Nothing has changed, really. If anything our position has got worse, in regards to signing him.

Yeah, that's what i'm thinking. We wouldnt put in a bid for a player we have 0 chance of getting.
That being said, I cant see this one happening.
If he wants to come to United, I would go pick him up myself, but I don't think he'll leave Barca for us.
I'm also hearing a lot about sell on fees, clauses, buy backs, etc. Has anyone actually got a link to somewhere these reported clauses have been leaked?
BTW, I don't see this actually happening, as much as I would love it to. Barca would surely not sell Thiago and Fabregas in the same summer I do think Cesc may be more loyal to Arsenal than some people will hope.
Utd should go for kroos. Think he would be most likely to leave bayerns overcrowded midfield
Everyone including BBC Sport report it's 30m euro's but SSN say it's £35m, I'm very confused. 30m euro's is about 25m, that'll get rejected and it'll be plain pointless.

That seems to be amongst the most 'reputable' sources I can find, regarding the technicalities of Arsenal's clauses with Fabregas.

I hate these being put into contracts, but I suppose both parties will have a get-out clause.
