No chance it will happen.
The arrival of Neymar changes nothing for Fabregas he'll still get more than enough game time. But it does change things for Barca, they seem desperate to sell players to make up the difference in wages etc. to offset the price of Neymars transfer.
I still can't see Barcelona selling him though, it'd be madness, especially as Xavi is getting on in years.

Wouldnt be happy but after rvp nothing in football suprises me anymore
There is a 0% chance it will happen
Daily Mail reporting its a 26 million bid. Lot of difference there.
I don't think he will leave barca....
Cant see it happening as with the neymar signing and xavi a year older and starting to get more injiries last few seasons cesc will get more chances and that too in his preffered position
0 chance of it happening. cesc hates united more than anyone.
I don't think Cesc is going anywhere particularly after Thigo's move to Bayern, but if it were to happen I would be absolutely devasted given that he is my favourite player, and also as Arsenal would have shown no attempt to bring him back.
There is a strong suggestion that we placed some sort of clause in his Barca transfer to help bring him back at some point, but reports seem to vary from one of first refusal/50% sell on clause/£25m buyback clause etc. to all of the above, so it's hard to know what is actually the case, if anyone knows at all.
Is cesc wants to leave and barcelona want to sell then he will join arsenal, 100% convinced of that
We dont have a 50% sell on clause. We have 50% on profit
No we have 50% of any transfer fee.

You wouldn't happen to have a link to that kind of information, would you ?
Why would Cesc leave Barca for us?
This rumour makes no sense.
If it's a genuine offer then someone at our club probably got a bit bored and sent a hoax fax...
This will NEVER happen.
We were told that Arsenal had first option. Furthermore
there are strong rumours that Arsenal are owed quite a
lot of money for both Fabregas and Song.
If Barcelona sell I would expect Arsenal to make an offer and this may explain why we have not spent any
money so far.
Also by all accounts both Fabregas and his girlfriend plan to live in London.
Barca won't sell him now they've let Thiago go!

manchester united can dream about a player like fabregas and only dream

Dream on you dirty Mancs, Cesc will never come to your filthy club. Did you not learn from embarrassing yourselves over the likes of Thiago, Ozil etc?
RGK, there are no quotes around his contract. The only thing said was the you 'drove a hard bargain'. Absolutely no quotes, and in the mirror. You really will believe any old shít
Common knowledge you idiot. You have no chance of Cesc get it through your thick skull.
Why do Arsenal fans seem incredibly angry at the prospect of a player, who doesn't play for you, joining another club?
I genuinely can't understand what relevance it is to you...It's like you think he's still your player.
Dear oh dear Mancs are getting desparate. Can you really see him signing on with them under Gollum ?
I'd like to know why it is desperate to be attempting to buy one of the best players in the world
