I have no idea who he is, but a quick glance shows up a 24y.o. CB just promoted with hull.
Forums describe him as solid and good in the air, so possibly is an alternative to morgan.
Looks like a good signing.
It's a loan, so it seems.....

Someone involved with the bbc on hulls side says its permanent. He's apparently only got 12 months left and bruce isnt a fan of him, so cant think why they wouldnt cash in.
Either way, we wont know till we know. It seems this window if a names been mentioned that we're really after, they're signed after 2-3 days.
I reckon it will be a loan as a squad player... King Billy's no 1 target remains Wes that is for sure .
If this is true then I'd guess we've given up on Wes, at least until next January.
To be honest, i'm kinda glad we have given up on wes....he's not worth 2M.
If our scouting network as half decent, we'd get a much better player for that kinda money.
Just having a nose around the internet, it seems like he's highly rated, and Hull fans are saying he merits a place in their Premier League team, so you have to ask, what's the catch...? He'll probably fail the medical anyway!
He had a good spell at Fester after signing from Liverpool. Good business but one more CB still needed.
I've just consulted Football Manager 2013 to check out his overall stats...
According to the game, which usually isn't a million miles away.....Jack's main weakness is his speed which is rated at 9 out of 20....apart from that......he looks a VERY solid defender indeed for this division.
It is a permanent deal, as Steve Bruce said so according to Chippers
