i thought he was a good prospect for chelsea
^ only deluded proud English Chelsea fans thought he was the future. They wanted him to be Lampards "Heir to the throne"
I thought he was on tour with the squad.
Jose will know what to do with him.
well didn't he come on for the first team a few times and brighten it up ? I thought he looked promising, some players do though and never make it.
I thought he was better than Wilshere.
Dubbed, i thought Chamakh was the new Drogba
On a serious note Dubbed McEachran on talent alone has it all, if he had the right mentality, fitness and attitude he wouldn't look out of place playing for any team, but there is a lot more to players than just talent.
One of my best mates through school was told by numerous coaches that on talent alone he could have AT WORST been playing in the League one, do you know where he is? stacking shelves in Tesco. He couldn't really be bothered, he proffered the easy life, night's out at a weekend and playing pub football with his boys on a sunday.
Preferred.

Mceachran is still 17 and needs time.
Torres too we can't judge him until we get Neymar, Gotze, Thiago and Lucas Moura in to give him more service.
ffp will doom the whole wide world
It will get rid of the sugar daddy clubs like PSG, Tottenham and Monaco and allow us profit making clubs like us the chance to sign the Cavani's and Falcao's of this world.
Hurry up FFP and come save us

I still remember the Cleverly, Wilshere and Mceachran debates....... looks a bit silly now....
Agreed.
Cleverley clearly doesn't deserve to mentioned alongside the two other greats.
Wilshere at Mc's level...... don't make me laugh
Your fellow Mancs are getting a bit too happy with Cesc link.
Bit harsh of everyone slating McEachran. He did ok last year in his first full season. It was his first year of regular football, he was never going to be the messi of that league. The year before he was treated pretty badly by AVB, and went on loan to the wrong team at the wrong time. He wont ever be a world class player, and is likely never even to be a starter. However he does have a good future in football. He might feature in the next two seasons as a bit part player, and then eventually move on.
Most don't think it will happen but think it would be great if it did......
Similar to Arsenal and Suarez I imagine, though less reasons to not want Fabregas (racism, biting ect.)
Not ideal but not quite the same level I don't think....
