You bettered hope he doesn't otherwise this may be a frustrating transfer window for you guys.

Well you never know. But with any Arsenal transfers you rarely know what to expect. Like a lucky dip. Could be disapointment or elation. Oh the suspense!

This is going to drag till last day I believe. Too many complications.

Just read, City will sign Jovotic for £28m. Not bad deal that, Cavani is too expensive and could flop at PL as it's completely different league than Serie A or La liga.

KLS, Arsenal turned Sahin down. And what a decision that was. Liverpool were always his second choice.

I didn't say he was any good and if we were his second choice, what were Arsenal? You lot are lot are more bitter than Evertonions!

Jova is overrated IMO

Woh! Calm down chap. No need to get wound up about it. Although nothing official, there was plenty of background noise stating that not only was Maureen pushing for Sahin to join Liverpool instead of Arsenal, but Wenger himself pulled out due to being unsure if Sahin would fit in.

I hope this Suarez stuff ends soon. I can't stand these Liverpool fans on our board. Bring back the Spurs WUMs please!!

I am surprised nothing happening with Bale move...really surprising that. Is he going to stay at WHL?

posted on 16/7/13

Bale was never ever going to move, because Levy was never going to sell and Bale is happy where he is. Next season might change though.

Serial do you think Levy has got more balllls than our Ivan ??

He has handled Bale so so well so far..credit where it's due. Bale has been sensible as well for past 2 seasons.

Higuain won't go to a team with no CL football.
Liverpool want more money than Suarez is worth, simply because they can afford to be stubborn as he's under contract, much like Modric and possibly now Bale (although no-one actually seems to be interested in Bale).

I think Bale has to at least give it another season, especially after his sparkling new contract.

Jovetic was always a weird one for me.

I like the look of him. But the fact he's untested at Prem level, not a 'natural' finisher and has a bit of an injury record put me off, a bit... And 28 million is a gamble imo, although of course it's a gamble Man City can well afford.

Moist

I think £28m Jovotic is better option and gamble than £54m Cavani. Former is also young than later if I am not wrong. Both untested at PL.

Higuain won't go to a team with no CL football.
----------------------------

I'm not so sure about that. Many factors are crucial and CL football is just one. Liverpool could conceivably get Higuain without CL football. After all, they got Suarez without it.

Higuain to Liverpool

Wenger or Brendan Rodgers

Liverpool or London

Keep dreaming scousers, cos ain it happening

Fairplay on your point.

But to be honest, the clubs that spend that kind of money, it's almost irrelevant to them!

I know who I'd rather have in my team! Jovetic and Cavani are different kinds of forward, one is more of a 'creative' and the other is a serious goalscorer. Given a choice of the two I'd take Cavani all day long!

Do RM want Suarez? I thought they wanted Bale, and that was before Ancelloti got his feet under the table.

I think that its Suarez that wants RM.

Higuain's position of wanting out may have changed.

Hence our bids for Suarez.

Not that I want him at Arsenal but then I don't want Higuain either or Rooney, or Jovetic.

I want Henry back in his prime.

So Yaya prove you are the new Henry, and make a sad gooner happy.

Even less chance of us signing Suarez. Higuain went from Juve to Arsenal. Do you think he'd go as low as Liverpool?
