Anyway, I'll decide the divisions based on the TM Values on each team once we get people over.
I can do the divisions now easily enough. Completely randomised.

It's pretty much all equal so there should be two very competitive leagues there.
Couldn't see anyone running away with it in either league.
Well, that was quick and easy to sort out. I think we'll use them then. Gives a good mix between squads which could make all games interesting.
+ if there are any features of the league you'd like me to do/ continue doing, just ask.
i think the foreign offers and the transfer request should be continued
They will be. But we have to get the basics correct before we think that advanced.
Rules would be useful. I'll put the format up with anything new/updated, then I'll post, anything that needs tweaking, please post.
