Who are you?

Think we are just following suit like other clubs have done to us. The away end has effectively been halved as home fans can now sit in half of the lower bridgford that used to be all for the away fans. i think it is a good idea though as that stand is one of the best and whenever we normally go to another stadium we are normally given a pitiful amount of tickets and placed somewhere as far away from the pitch as possible.

Mr Happy that is pretty good

Hmm, HTAFC offer the best stand in the stadium to away fans (behind the goals), with 4,000 seats available...decent prices, better concessions than home fans...

WY Police manage our Stadium security, nuff said !..

having a grumpy day...I'll get over it...

It's 2,000 in league games and 10% in cup game.....

OAP went from 60 - 65 a couple of years back.

No idea why 30% to your 42%

I'm sure your club like many others will return the favour and only give 2,000 tickets to our fans.

Forest trying to look out for themselves for a change, which I don't blame for.

We don't care about away fans anyone. We've been too good to teams by giving 4,500 tickets away. Although we don't sell out we have opened up the lower tier to home fans and thus reducing away fans allocation.

Ruthless as it may seem, we are thinking of our own for a change

Beam it back if you want to make some money

I wish HTAFC had the same attitude to their fans...One end is away fans (always 4,000 seats available)..the other end a two tier Family Stand...parents and kids only...the biggest Family Stand in Europe, maybe the World...

now Bresnan is out 1st ball, !! grumble grumble...

It's 2000 or 10% depending on which the club want to offer.
It isn't a great allocation but it is what it is. If you want a ticket desperate enough you will get one

2,000 is the minimum if your stadium holds more than 20,000 seats. If your stadium holds any less the minimum becomes 10% of the capacity.

We do give away fans way too many tickets. And the best stand. And the best offers. Sometimes we go all out and gift them 3 points.

Huddersfield Town...the club that keeps on giving (just so long our fans keep giving....)

I don't think I'd bother going at all anymore if it wasn't for the fact it is still preferable to shopping with the wife. New season, same old sh-t.

Lubo, I'm seriously struggling to find much time to do anything at the mo. I'm doing contract work all over the country during the week (very rare i get any decent phone signal in some of these places) and have important family stuff at weekends so its not really something I can commit to at the minute.

If and when things settle down a bit ill come find you mate

Forest are finally seeing sense and trying to make sure that away fans have no way of influencing a game.

That is good for games when we play the likes of Sheffield Wednesday or Leeds when they bring strong, vocal, and match turning away support.

Most teams do it to dent our strong away support so I guess we are just returning the favour.

Huddersfield and Forest have a very cordial relationship but it is wrong to make exceptions. It is about time we harden up and fully get behind the teams in all facets of the game.

We're not starting the league yet champs. We're running a taster day for a friendly and I was wondering if you would like to take part, I can have it all arranged today if that's best for you.

Would you be interested, tactics should take about 10 mins?

You're right Novak, Darn has already gone walkabout and even I don't have the same enthusiasm for the home games anymore... Those fans that haven't experienced what it was like pre all seater, pre segregation, pre fat wages and pre boring slow possession football...might be okay with it all..

It's not just Town, it's the away teams too...everybody feigning injury, screaming in agony then getting up laughing, the game has lost something...I'll just pick my games as and when...

Not a moan (Mirf), just my reality...

MATCH TURNING SUPPORT???

the best team will win this division and the second best will go up with them.. the team that does best in 3 games at the end of the season will go up via the play offs..
none of the above will be altered dependant on how many or how noisy the particular support is...
ive been to forest when 5000 town fans were there, we outsung, outshouted and out everythinged the home support, we lost 5-1 !!!!!!!
been there with a few hundred to a re arranged league game whilst we were right at the bottom of the division, you couldn't see us, never mind hear us, we won 3-1 and should have been a few more..
players and managers talk crowd influence up to make us seem more involved and to add cash to the game....stoke have a very, very noisy ground, I rest my case..
