Think this year is liverpool's year. Henderson, Carroll and Downing are going to be In-Xavi-Mess.

just like the last 20 years have been "their year"

City could break that barrier. Plus you have to take other things in consideration. Like Chelsea were bought by Abro for their spell, now City going through that spell.

It makes me laugh when folk say it's becoming a closed shop, look at how many team have won the prem or old first div, it's not many. United 19, Liverpool 18, Arsenal 13, Chelsea4 , Everton 9, Leeds 3, Blackburn 3, Villa 7, Preston 2, Forest 4, Derby 2, City 2, Ipswich 1, Spurs 2, Burnley 2, Wovles 3, Pompey 2, Sunderland 6, Shef Wed 4, Huddersfiled 3, Newcastle 4, Shef United 1, so it's not a massive list.

Look at Italy and you see AC, Inter, Juve, and the odd few others, the same in Germany, Spain, France, Holland. Football it the saem wherever you go; most the same team win it time and agian with the odd team winning it every now and again.

what's so funny about that?

It's hardly like the SPL, where the same 2 teams break away very quickly and have comprised the top two at the end of the season for almost every year for decades.

Aye, the SPL at least has 2 teams fighting to the end, the crushingly dull EPL always has the title decided by March!
