Nice story, mate
What's your Croatian team? Have you recently been to any games?
A mate of mine moved back to Serbia and he's been a member of the Grobari (which apparently means Gravediggers ) of Partizan Belgrad. Visited him two years ago and watched the game against their arch rival Red Star Belgrad together.
Absolutely mental, only my seex life seems strangely similar to the atmosphere at those games!
Anyway, it must be about the same in Croatia, so tell me a story
thudd i would spend more than 30 seconds in your mrs' slot you flabby batty crease
I grew up going to both Everton and Liverpool matches
My Dad was and still is a big Liverpool fan but he sold the programmes at Goodison so I'd find myself going to watch both.
Liverpool born and bred though
Palmers
My first Spurs game with my mates was Spurs vs Sunderland which we won 2-1 and Armstrong scored?
I can't remember it that well
Hi Thudd
My first Spurs game was January 1996, 1-0 win over Man City
Armstrong scored too

Hi mate. Don't really have a team in Croatia. I guess i keep tabs on Dinamo and Hajudk but thats more born out of interest to see if there are any young talents coming through which would in the long run benefit the national team.
I've not been to any league football games in Croatia. I went along for the Cro 2- 0 England Euro qualifier where Robinson let the ball skip over his foot Yea, the atmosphere was pretty tasty on that occasion
Red Star Belgrade won the European Cup back in 1991. The civil war put a stop to a potentially awesome Yugoslav national side

Where are you from in Croatia?
I went there last year (as well as Bosnia & Montenegro)
Quality place

Stay off the grass Chris

That was horrible and i agree there was so much talent in that part of the world.
When i went to the game most of the blokes around us used to be soldiers who actually fought in war, so the stories my friend translated to me were really depressing and awful.
Still, quite a nice bunch of lads when not on too much booze...
My dad is a Spurs fan and has managed to get all 4 of his sons supporting Spurs. Mum doesn't take any interest (Welsh) and her family doesn't generally either - though apparently my uncle follows Spurs. On my dads side my cousins and auntie lived up north so they supported Darlington. Grandad apparently liked Ipswich.
Unfortunately my old man is a Chelsea fan. He has a soft spot for Spurs tho (and most London teams tbf).
Brother in law supports Arsenal
