Scotland to win 2-1, Griffiths with a brace.

Griffiths, Mulgrew and Miller.

Joe Hart must be having sleepless nights!

Could never be pleased with goals against England no matter who scores.

Scotland playing England at Wembley ?
That should be trouble-free then.

Lay down astro turf and rubber goal posts.

As long as he doesn't get injured, couldn't care less if he scores or not tbh.

You must be disappointed often

Last time we came to mighty Wembley we won i think

Great news his value is increasing all the time, we need to tie him down to a new contract asap.

Cinci must be well pleased with the way Scottish sport is going at the moment.

England, Ireland and Wales let Scotland’s name be associated with the Lions even though they contributed very little, we let them hold the open there (home advantage wasn’t enough to get one of them on the leader board but they got to watch international sport for once AND they may have convinced a few foreigners that occasional it stops raining up there), they’re pleased as punch about their neighbours glorious performance in the ashes, Chris Froome’s grandfather cycled through OchtyMochtyMcLairdville once, oh and some bloke won at badminton or squash or one of those other sports countries that don’t like cricket and rugby play.

Closest they’ve come to a glorious summer of sport since, well since forever I think.

Not sure who you are refering to when you say ''we'', but as Scotland is the home of golf and Muirfield is the oldest club on the planet, i guess Scotland gets the thanks

Ah, you mean the Tennis, the biggest British sports story for quite a number of years, that was fun wasn't it.

If only those terrible useless scots could make some kind of impact on the English league eh

As for rugby, a good game, but is there a sport played by less countries on earth, well maybe cricket as well i guess?

As you know, I hate to be pedantic, but it's fewer countries not less countries.

If only education had crossed Hadrian's Wall!

Though countries is also a loose term when discussing England or Scotland.......basically identical to US States.

We are of Course citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

And Notts County are the oldest league club on the planet. We don’t let them hold the Champions League final at Meadow Lane.
“Ah, you mean the Tennis, the biggest British sports story for quite a number of years, that was fun wasn't it.”

What utter tripe. There were two far bigger stories in the same week!! Maybe it was “the biggest British sports story for quite a number of years” if you talk to people who only follow Wimbledon and the World Cup or if you read The Sun <spit> but the rest of us know where “hit the ball over the net” stands in the pantheon of sports.

“If only those terrible useless scots could make some kind of impact on the English league eh”

Are you talking about football? If so not really relevant to a discussion about a SUMMER of sport!

“As for rugby, a good game, but is there a sport played by less countries on earth, well maybe cricket as well i guess?”

It’s not quantity that counts it’s quality and all the greatest sporting nations on Earth (and Scotland) play rugby!

Do Scotland play Rugby?

Don't think so unc, though we have adopted the ''borrow antipodean'' policy that serves England well
That said, we do seem to beat England more often than we should as well.

You may not like Tennis, but lets not make out nobody was interested, in fact due to the fact that it was a Scot, the whole country seemed to be paying attention, for good or bad reasons.

The golf is about respect, and rightly so, why would they want to play the tourny in one of the powdered down courses in England when they can play it on a toughie in Scotland?

45-41........hmmmm, not quite the landslide the arrogance exudes
