€30m seems a lot of money for Roma to be shelling out on one player.
That either means Benatia is off or they're not going to do too much business this summer. I'd be surprised if they spent really big, their owners seem pretty frugal.
I quite like Nainggolan from what I seen of him last season.
It would've been brilliant if Lopetegui had tried to bring Deulofeu to Porto on loan.
Curious at how much game time he's going to see at Barcelona this season.
Wait I didn't realise Roma signed Emanuelson.
Who else has been properly linked with Benatia besides City?
He's a good workhorse. Thing is, Florenzi is a workhorse as well, so I think him, Pjanic and De Rossi could work well.
Plus I don't know if they've signed him permanently yet anyway.
I've just checked, they have it seems. €6 million on a co-ownership deal.
Seydou Keita as well?
Roma have actually been quietly busy.
I haven't heard much about Bayern myself.
I think at the moment it looks like he'll stay at Roma which I hope he does, if it's not us he joins.
Yeah but it seems they're just looking for cheap signings and frees to beef up the squad ahead of the CL.
They don't really need to make loads of signings anyway. They've got a strong first 11 with some good backups.
Hope Benatia stays and they kick on next season and Moyes Allegri works his magic on Juve.
They've got Sanabria coming as well. Wonder if he's all he's cracked up to be?
I'm hoping Roma can go all the way in Serie A. It'd be nice to see them win it for a change, same as it was with Atletico last season.
Yeah me too. Even if they don't win it I think they have quite a bright future.
I really hope Serie A can improve and start performing in Europe again.

Yes it'd be good to have at least one very strong Italian team in the competition.
Pretty much every game I watched in Serie A last season, there must've been at least 3 goals scored on average.
Boring boring Serie A.
I'd just rather see another Serie A team in the CL than the likes Leverkusen.
Sideshow, let us have him.
Your defence is already class.

The fact Conte made this announcement on the second day of pre-season training raised many questions, including a possible protest at Arturo Vidal’s potential sale to Manchester United.
“It could be, but with an offer worth €50m you need to take it and find replacements,” continued Moggi.

Is he just speculating because €50 million is what's being mentioned in Italy or has he just confirmed that Juventus have an actual offer?
It sounds like the latter.
True, Sideshow. I don't see that changing until you drop Terry and Mourinho has generally preferred a deeper line as well.
I hope so, TRS. I'd be so happy if we actually signed Vidal.

30m for Iturbe is madness

I agree it is now but I think he'll go on to prove he's worth that sort of money.
Keita is a good signing for Roma. I always quite liked him at barca, will be good cover/rotation option.
