Of course they said no, he's the best u21 defender in Europe, have to laugh when John Stones is being quoted at 30m + and Juve got Rugani for €3.5m

So so, Di Biagio insists on playing Matteo Bianchetti instead of Romagnoli at the back and they don't really have a top CF, they could make semi's but think England and Germany are the favourites
