I'd take those four you listed. With Cerci in the squad he can play numerous roles meaning you wouldn't need an extra forward.

Totti would start for this Italy team (in my eyes), I would maybe try a front 6 of:

Rossi-Ballo
Totti
De Rossi-Pirlo-Dunno

Dunno is some player though...

Depends on the opposition I guess. The brilliance of Totti and their midfield gives them so many options as it's so adaptable tactically.
