Not a bad then at all if we get a cool 1 mill for him.
Good to see at least some posters recognise what a great player Karl was for us from his arrival - till RJ's arrival.
It seems soon forgotten that he would be the player most missed if out of the team.
Thanks for everything Karl, still a hero in my eyes
Up the Wolves
Wolfgang, I'm with you. Henry was a tremendous servant for the club who, sadly, lost his way towards the end.
Best of luck Karl.
The Wolverhampton-born midfielder was due a substantial seven-figure sum from Wolves and a compromise needed to be reached.

This from Sports Direct News
Henry admitted his form suffered as Wolves plummeted out of the Premier League and into League One.
He said: “Wolves turned down bids from Premier League clubs for me last summer and I signed a new long-term deal.
“Twelve months on I’m training with the development team.
“I haven’t asked for any of this, it’s not my decision and I would not have asked to go on the transfer list.
“It’s a shame that it’s come to this and I’m gutted, but I’ve been in football long enough to know that this is what happens.
"I'll be sad to leave.”
It should be remembered that he is a victim of circumstances, not the instigator.
Some of the things said on here about him are disgraceful lies in my opinion..
I agree with Wolfgang. It's disgusting to label the most successful captain in the club's recent history as "dross".
Some people need to grow up.
good luck to him
not a 'great' but a member of our div2 title winning side and someone who helped keep us in the prem for 2 years, so has done his bit for the club.
poor for the past three seasons IMO and not quite good enough to be a prem regular. that's not his fault tho and up until 18 months ago i think he always gave us 100%.
I am convinced his poor form of the last 18 months was down to becoming a national focus for a few tackles and being told to change his game. Until then a very good defensive midfield player and captain
And what's all this about him never getting forward ?

Would have kept him personally, but a player definitely on the way down, maybe a fresh start will do him thw world of good.
Some would say that a player moving from a League One club to a Championship club was moving in the opposite direction to down?
I think they'd be right as well.
well it's another player moving to a club in a higher division to us...the ratio is doing well now for the dross
Time will tell, if he is a bench warmer then that would be a backwards move.......and lets not forget last season he played in the........champo.......and this year he will be playing in the.......champo
I expect his best days to have been behind him, and given the fact he played 3 prem seasons in a row i would be very surprised if he matched that again.
Best of luck Karl you’ve been an excellent servant of the club who and I hope you can get back to the point where you look like you’re enjoying your football again.
Oh and if Barton does come back to QPR give him a dig from me when you get the chance in training
I told you all in my last article that he would be off to QPR.
What did Barton keep calling him?
Was it Kevin?
Karl should just level him, would be an instant hero in the dressing room
Oh wait, it was Kelvin wasn't it?
Beat me to it Wulfrun. Beeb confirming a two year contract:

It's amazing how a player can be criticised for 2 or 3 seasons by all and sundry but when he is leaving the club he is suddenly the best thing since sliced bread. Some want him to stay, some extoll his virtues but some of us remember why we moaned about him in the first place. "Captain Crab" or "KHFC" as he later became known was best known for his rash late tackling, slowing down all forward movement effectively killing off most of our attacks, passing backwards or sideways but seldom forwards and gobbing off to the press at inopportune moments.
Yes he was once an important player for us and yes he was once a good skipper but that was several seasons ago and since then he has been a liability, little more than a passenger.
I wish him no ill, in fact I wish him well with his new club but I for one am very relieved to see him go.
BTW I reserve the right to repeat this thread with appropriate name changes when the other 3 finally leave.
He is a Mick boy, therefore he is better than any Stale signing, its quite amusing, but some have yet to give an ounce of credit to any of them.......lazy, injury prone, doesn't score enough etc etc.
Lazy - Doumbia. Injury Prone - Boukari. Doesn't score enough - Sigurdarson. Are you disputing any of that Cinci?
Henry meanwhile did an excellent job for Wolves for at least 4 years and therefore will quite rightly get some credit for that
Also read many many fans say that Doumbia is our best midfielder.
Boukhari isn't injury prone, he is just injured
Sigurdarson's goal average is barely any worse than Doyle's, the only difference being that Doyle played up front whilst Siggy played wide.
Either way, that was not my point, its the same on Molineux mix and not aimed at anybody.......we have some fans who will never ever credit a Stale signing no matter what.
