McAlinden on for Griffiths. Or 'Griffo' as the Wolves fans chant.
£100 treble on:
Wolves 2 successive promotions
Albion 2 successive relegations
Griffiths 40 or more goals this season
£1m pay out
might have 50p on that myself
First time I have seen Evans but he can certainly pas a ball. Inches away from putting Zele through again. Griffiths got a kick just before going off, hopefully not injured
Cover bet of £100 for Boukhari to spend more time in the treatment room than the medics.
On a serious note, haven't felt this positive since Wolves clicked under Mick in their promotion season.
KJ is the right man.
Jackett out (or off in this weather)
I'm starting to feel that way too Herb. Certainly warming to him.
Wasn't overly pleased initially, wanted others.....but he has won me over with how he has handled things so far.
I can see us giving those Spaniards a serious hammering on Saturday!
UTW
Another win, content, nah happy, nah delirious, nah enuretic
all over....4 wins 1 draw.....not bad at all
TBH it sounded as if things got better when Zeli replaced Sako
That is the good news of the day i would say.........Ismail sounds more than able
Think Sako's pre-season can be described as OK at best. Maybe he has his mind on other things.
Shop window for Mr Sako methinks
Will we have to wait until the next transfer window before that first £100m bid for Zeli comes in?
I think that's unfair wulfrun sako has done well. But siggy as the wide men in a 4-2-3-1 would work well on today's showing. And batth and griffiths will be outstanding in league one
That should have said siggy and Zele as the wide men
KJ has used this pre-season wisely, taking a look at everybody and how they fit in a variety of systems. He has also identified the problem players and dealt with them swiftly, with no room for popularity contests or sycophancy.
He does not come across as your average insecure manager who needs to be loved. We have got ourselves a diamond
The only player im surprised he has not had a look at is Margo.
Henry's move to QPR done and dusted...really weird seeing him in another team's shirt!
Just read a rumour on MM which came from FB saying that the players let Sako go over to the fans alone before they joined him?!
Not sure i believe that to be honest, why would we have played him if a move was imminent?
