Lot of booing from the crowd after that fight, not the the first time for a Mayweather fight.

Canelo is a similar type of fighter to Castillo, no? Although he hasn't got an engine, he runs out of steam in the 9th/10th round.

Can't see anything other than a Floyd win though, although I like Canelo...

No suprise to see D4 to think Floyd lost. To be fair the fight could have gone either way like Pacquiao Marquez 2.

posted on 24/7/13

One thing is for sure, in the last couple of rounds, Floyd's corner implied/thought he was behind in the fight while Castillo's corner were convinced the Mexican was ahead...and imo Castillo won at least one of the last two rounds.

Corner do this for motivation as could be the case for Floyd.

pacman lost all 4 fights vs marquez

posted on 24/7/13

Pacquiao landed more punches and scored more knockdowns.

That's not opinion, that is the facts.

posted on 24/7/13

Pacquiao also got knocked spark out by Marquez.

posted on 24/7/13

2-1-1 Pacquiao.

posted on 24/7/13

In the eyes of most fans (outside pacland)

3-1 Marquez or 4-0 Marquez.

Mayweather 2-0 Castillo if you want to play that game.

posted on 24/7/13

Not at all, don't make up other people opinions, especially when you can't back them up.

i scored the marquez-pacman fights 2-1-1 in favour of marquez, i scored the 1st fight to pac man with the 2nd a draw but marquez was clearly robbed in the 3rd. The 1st castillo mayweather fight was very close i scored it same as kamran 2 points to mayweather but unlike pacman floyd completley ended the argument in the rematch

I thought Castillo won the first fight by easily 4 rounds.
If you check the punch stats for the fight, Castillo threw and landed something like 150 more punches than Mayweather.
There's only so much credit you can give for a good defence (which wasn't even really on display much in that bout).

I though Pacquiao lost the first Marquez fight, won the second, drew the third (which seems to go against popular opinion) and obviouslty got sparked in the 4th.

Burt Clements, who wrongfully scored the 1st round 10-7 and scored the fight 113-113 a draw had this to say.

"I just screwed up, I feel badly because I dropped the ball, plainly and simply. You can make a lot of arguments that it was a very close fight, but that's immaterial. The fact is, I dropped the ball."

Marquez vs Pacquiao III was a close fight, contrary to what some posters might tell you on here, most did not have Marquez winning.

Castillo, landed more punches, landed almost 3 times the amount of power punches, pressed the fight, landed at a higher percentage than Mayweather, landed at a higher percentage for power punches, was the aggressors, took less punches, avoided more punches than Mayweather, pushed Floyd back up against the ropes for much of the fight, landed the more hurtful blows.

Why don't you just shut up.........No one is interested in your opinion on Mayweather..

Do us all a favor and stick to other threads that don't involve him..

You really are pathetic....sad thing is you don't see it!!

Another piece of Floyd rhetoric.

It is a shame you have to repeat it.

8 weight world champion, no other fighter comes close.
