It's the £35m we have secured on the ground we have to clear before we can move not the total debt. I assume we will repay it by selling the ground.

You have to take Karrens remarks in the context they were made, she was talking to people who thought West Ham should give some of the profits of a sale of our Upton Park ground to the government. She doesn't want that, her comments were aimed to end that sort of nonsense.

Are you overheads not a concern with a pretty high wage bill?

Not concerned really, our debt has decreased each year under our current owners, despite a relegation. They just inherited this problem and credit where it's due are dealing with it.
