chelsea and city are stronger than last season, and arsenal will improve too.

spurs will also finish above us if they keep Bale and sign a decent goalscorer.

hell, even Liverpool have improved and we have become worse.

Chelsea - Signings have not improved their 1st XI. Jury is out on whether the new manager can have the same effect as first time around.

City - Fernandinho is an improvement on Barry. Other signings are not particularly an improvement. Jury is out on new manager.

Arsenal - Only just scraped 4th place last season. Have not improved playing squad so far. Jury is out on whether current manager can be bothered trying to motivate his team to at least compete for trophies.

Spurs - Too reliant last season on one player. Remains to be seen if that one player can reproduce the same form. Perenial underachievers. Jury is out on managers choice of hair colour.

Liverpool - At best, possible contenders for the 4th place trophy? Many 'unknown' signings that could be hit or miss. Jury out on current manager.

Why not include Everton? They finished 6th last season and they were clearly handicapped by having an inexperienced manager. Maybe they could challenge for he title seeing as their manager was holding them back.
