I have 1 half decent player and that is Toivonen who would struggle to find a place at a European team in the Premier League.

Who would want to buy any of my players really? Like I said they are all crap. If this was a new season now we would probably be in a relegation battle and wouldn't get out of it.

I'd say Motta and Benat both better you have Muslera, Luisao, Ruiz, Contento just from your defence who are all good players

I had Luisao in my squad when I started at Liverpool, I've been here 10 months to work and improve my squad you just have to work at it.

I've had Motta loads of times he's a good player, Benat I was going to sign but suggested to you as I have plenty in midfield

2 and half seasons to get where i am at hull mate, you are getting there

Ruiz has had a poor season imo and Luisao is getting older. Benat is at Real Betis who aren't a great eam really are they and Motta is ok but about the same level as Toivonen and Muslera isn't all that good either.

They aren't good enough though. The team just isn't good enough.

Your underestimating Motta, very good player IMO, about = Toulalan

And you have a strong CB pairing

Ruiz has been awful this season and Luisao isn't going to last forever is he and Motta isn't as good as Toulalan.

Even so I have 3 good players. Great we will win the league!

LRF, quite frankly, it isn't helpful when you bleat about the quality of your squad, as there is nothing we can do about it.

Be persistent, willing to compromise and have realistic aims and you'll be fine. At the end of the day, it's a game and it becomes boring to keep having repetitive conversations

And by the way, one of the greatest arts in this game is talking up your players

I would if they were good players. They talk up there players because they are good players and mine aren't and they won't be either. I can't do anything about it no matter how hard I try and even with Realistic aims I still won't get them and they won't do anything to my squad.

You seriously underestimate some of your players, so what Luisao is old, Terry, Nesta, Puyol, Ferdinand all old still good players, Luisao has been class for Benfica over the last 3-4 years. Ruiz had a bad end to the season was amazing for 4-5 months one bad month doesn't mean hes bad. Motta was co sisterly one of the best CMs in Italy, been great for PSG and doing well for Italy too which is impressive looking at their midfield, Toulalan can't get into the France squad

Benat so what he's at Betis, he'll move, he got into Spain's provisional squad ahead of players like Arteta that's no mean feat, he'll get a move and like Adrian will go on to impress loads!

As for transfers in foreigns what do you expect, players aren't just going to leave big clubs to join you you have to work up, look at Hull for example, Birmingham, Wolves both done it. It requires time and patience

I have thought it through. I will stay as Wigan manager but I don't know what to do with my side at all.

But my squad is so crap no one will make any transfers with me for any of my players.

Maybe it's because you're going for their best players, you have to go level by level to sort it. Also think end of the season you'll be able to get higher quality as teams have a reshuffle, most people are happy with squads at this stage

Plus if you want to improve you have to offer what is your better players

But the thing is I'm not happy with my squad because the players I sign from releases I will end up releasing again. I might just release Fucile and Gignac again as I don't really need them.

If I were to go level by level it would have to be somewhere new in the league if I'm honest because I have messed this team up really bad and it would need someone better than me at Sports Gaming to fix this squad as I don't have enough experience to know how to do it.

If I had a fresh start somewhere in this league I would stop moaning, get on with the league and follow your advice. I just don't think I can do that with Wigan.

I have worked at it and I can't do it. I don't look at the teams above. I look at my own players and I have learnt about these Foreign players and who they are and mine aren't good enough.

I know what kind of players will improve them and where they need improving. If I know where to improve with them and they start to climb up the table a little bit more then it will give me more confidence to keep improving them.
