I could name 10 better forwards

Than Falcao?

You could name them, but even taking 'opinion' into account you'd be wrong.

I like all of them but neither are close to Falcao. Only RVP and to an extent Ibra come close.

No way you believe that, you're just trying to save face.

Yep, honestly believe that, all have far more talent than falcao. Falcao is a world class finisher with world class movement. That's it.

You can add mandzukic to that as well

If jovetic scores more goals at city him too far more ability

So analog you say that van nistlerooy wasn't in top 10 or so at his peak since both him and falcao are similar in playing style?

As for op I'd say Neymar has most talent followed by Reus then Bale. But right now bale is better out if the 3.

What more do you need from a striker?
120+ goals including Europa league finals in 3 years screams pretty much that.
You have rarely watched him it seems. His other aspects are very good too.

I've watched falcao plenty of times, you should be asking that to the fans on here who see him on the odd occasion ie Europa league finals, athletico vs Chelsea...

50p, I'm not old enough to properly remember RVN at his peak tbh

Come off it... his has explosive pace and is excellent running with the ball at his feet. Don't base your opinion of him on FIFA, we all know they need to sort out the dribbling at speed on that game

German's aren't marketable

South American's and Brits are

How old r u if u haven't seen RVN play?

You must be 15ish then??

Explosive pace? You've clearly never seen Falcao in action. His pace is pretty average.

He's the best out and out goalscorer out there, but there a better all-round strikers than him like Ibra, RVP, Aguero etc

He's by no means the fastest, but he has that ability to ghost past players with the ball at his feet without seemingly faltering his pace. Much like Rooney could in the mid to late 2000s.

posted on 28/7/13

No he doesn't, you rarely see him ghosting past players with the ball at his feet.

He's an exceptional mover and finisher, he excels in those two areas. He's not really outstanding in any other departments, but he's so good at those two, it's fair to consider him one of the best strikers out there.

Exactly. Finishing and movement, like I said.

If I based him on FIFA I'd be lauding him as the No 1 like you lot, isn't he 90 rated or something ridiculous?

And I said I don't remember RVN 'properly' (so I did see him play, at his 'peak', so I'm referring not to the later parts of his utd career

(Talking about van nistelrooy at utd, not Madrid/Malaga/hamburg)

Falcao is a wonderful footballer, not a striker in world football as good as he is in the box. He can score with his head or either feet and has quite staggering agility for a big lad.

His ability to hold onto the ball is under rated and his record speaks for itself, just imagine him in a top quality side.

A 'big lad'? He's 5'10 at a push

Kamran, so would you agree that bale is a better player than falcao?

posted on 28/7/13

Well it's hard to compare them, completely different players, but Bale offers more.

If I had to choose one to take at Arsenal, I'd choose the chimp.
