No long Dong. The £25m is buy back. That means someone has to bid before we can activate that. But SkySports reveled that we also have release clause at €40m, we are th eonly who can activate that. and Barca cannot do anything about.

For the buy-back to work Barca have to accept an offer, ie agree to sell thats why it is lower.

The point is someone in Cesc's camp was egging Man Utd on and in fact still hasn't said no.

Wenger said he last spoke to Cesc before they left for Asia. While they were on tour Man Utd lost out on Thiago and changed their target to Cesc. I think Wenger will find out whats happening this week.
