Suso must refresh the most recent page every 5 seconds to get first comment on every article published throughout the day. The guy has no life.

I had to do community service many years ago, old ladies would come up to us and congratulate and thank us for giving up our time thinking we were volunteers.

Never seen a reaction like that of the supervisor when one of the group found a discarded sawn off shot gun in some overgrown brambles.

Would be good news if it happens.

I still haven't gotten over Battersea though, that would have been fantastic

Batter sea would've been awesome, great location and so iconic. That said had it been ana other club approved over other options I'd have been upset.

Earls Court was always the preferred option for me, even better than Battersea for transport links. As long as we are still using the same streets and pubs on the manor that we have always known and loved then happy days. Kenyon's brief suggestion about the Olympic Stadium was always going to be an identity destroyer IMO. Bring it on.

Battersea is basically France.
Wrong side of the water

I find this hard to believe, we have supposedly rejected the area previously for being to expensive to develop and it was supposedly sold already with plans to build homes on the site???

Personally, I would have preferred Earls Court to Battersea, for location at least.

Some of the articles on this site annoy me, this being one.

The OP has provided no proof for his claim which is in actual fact false. It just gets hopes up of supporters who are not in the know who are likely to be let down when they realise its all conjecture.

As far as I'm aware, Boris Johnson has given the go ahead for the development of high rise urban apartments to replace the existing event hosting site.

Cech Hook, I was under the impression it wasn't the Event Site but the London Underground sidings depot by there!!
