Will you say the same if Danny Batth trips someone in the area this season and doen't tell the ref that he did catch him when no penalty is awarded, Rog? Or will you just put it down to a poor refereeing decision

I haven't seen the incident, but Prior must have been standing up, which gives less that 0.5 seconds between the noise and the ball hitting his gloves, so surely he can't tell if there is any deviation. If the umpire thought it was out, there is every chance Prior did too, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt until I see it and put it down to poor umpiring and stupid rules around the DRS from the ICC.

The wicketkeeper knows 9 times out of 10 if the batsman has hit it or not. Prior knew, trust me. Appealing for what you know is a not out decision is cheating in my book. Same as diving for a penalty.

Who cares, will probably be a draw after 5 days of people spending a fortune to see a team win.

Do Test Matches ever end in draws nowadays unless there is a significant rain delay? Lucky to see much play on the 4th day of 5 in recent years, cant believe anyone buys tickets in advance for Day 5
