Oh dear...

Seriously though, they were five failures who had failed individually who were bundled together to make a super-failure and then they failed again on the failure of a TV show that is X-Factor. FAIL.

They did originally fail, though. They failed as solo artists, then came third in the final. What has happened since then is absurd.

It really is bizarre but it could turn out to be a marketing master stoke if you think about it. I bet a fair few of their fans will buy Doncaster shirts/merchandise just because it has his name on.

Great signing in my opinion. He probably has some sought of ability (he could be a talented player), and will boost the financial side of the club.

As for One Direction....they do what do, and do it well. Fair play to the lads....loads of money and girls jumping over each over for you.

Think he's actually just bought some pub team in Doncaster. Not Doncaster rovers. As owner he picks himself. Therefore Sky are running the 'breaking news' banner as he signs for Doncaster.

What about those footballers who graft to get to play for a football academy and quite a lot undeservingly get turned down etc... Yet this guy signs like that just because of his shittyy celebrity status.

As part time jobs go that's almost up with Chris Jericho

If it raises money for charity then why complain?

He's a non-contract player so it will be the odd reserve game.

A PR masterstroke in my mind.
