Not sure Wlad is really a big puncher? I think Vitali hits harder.
Other than that, you're not far wrong mate.
5 to 10 years ago I would have said vitali hit harder.
But in the ring tomorrow I would say wlad is the harder hitter
Matthyse at 7? I'd put him at 4.
Wouldn't have Broner in there. Think Vitali, Maidana, or Kovalev would be more worthy as a lot of Broners wins are stoppages from flurries or wearing the opponent down rather than one punch power. Other than that I'm inclined to agree.
I agree with Broner. To be considered a puncher you need to K.O a decent fighter which he has not done. It's a bit like Wilder with his 100% K.O record but in truth who has he really K.O'd?
Vitali is not a one punch knockout artist. Wladimir is definetly the bigger puncher of the two brothers and possesses one punch knockout power. Freddie Roach trained Mike Tyson and Wladimir and said Wladimir had the bigger one punch power of the two. Emanuel Steward also said Wladimir hit harder than Lennox Lewis.
Maybe I will take Broner out and put Kovalev in there.

Interesting read on a sparring partner who sparred top heavyweights.
Wladimir hits harder than Tyson?
Yep he did. Tyson was more explosive but Wladimir had the harder one punch power. Roach trained both so he would know more than you.
If Wlad hits that hard Haye must have a granite chin, cause he was not even troubled by Wlad's power.
Wlad only gets his KOs after his opponents have nothing left.
I find that hard to believe.
D4 your favourite trainer Freddie Roach said it himself and when he did hit Haye cleanly he was hurt like the fifth round. Haye's head movement stopped him getting hit clean in that fight.
If he wasn't troubled by the power why didn't he go all out for the knockout? Another epic fail from D4.
Freddie Roach: "Punch for punch actually Mike is more explosive than Wladimir Klitschko. Klitschko is so big and he doesn’t have the speed of Mike, but he’s got that dense power though so Mike’s asset is the speed that comes with the power. Klitschko doesn’t have that speed so if you see a punch coming and you can prepare for it, it won’t knock you out. Punch for punch I think Klitschko probably hits a little bit harder but Mike’s much more explosive"
Emanuel Steward: “If this man actually would just operate with close to 80%—he’s only operating with about 60%—he would be the most devastating heavyweight in the history of boxing because I’ve worked with him. Never, ever, ever have I been involved with a fighter who has so much one punch punching power. Even guys that knock somebody out—they get them hurt, they knock them down, they get them groggy—Wladimir is the only fighter I’ve ever worked with that everything can be normal like a big party—everybody is having champagne, on the floors, in the tuxedos, with the music—and the lights go off completely at one time. I mean it’s not like a gradual dimmer switch. I never saw anyone who knocked out people in a gym when they block punches and he did that about three weeks ago with a sparring partner—two weeks ago, prior to the fight. With a sparring partner he threw a left hook, the sparring partner blocked the punch and with twenty ounce gloves he was still knocked out. He has unbelievable one punch punching power and that’s why maybe he doesn’t put combinations together because he punches so effectively and with so much power with one punch, but his handicap and problem is he feints too much. He wants everything to be perfect—perfect balance, perfect this, and the last round he was a little overly aggressive, got out of position a few times, but to go three minutes with a guy with his power is like a lifetime because even if he just grazes you with a punch, you’re going to be hurt.”
Does that also mean that Haye hits harder than Tyson?
No Haye doesn't hit harder than Tyson. I have him above Wladimir on this list because he came up from cruiserweight and was arguably the harderst hitting cruiser of all time.
Freddie Roach is a man and like all men the are fallible, just because he says something does not mean he is right.
Anyone can hit pads hard.
Well I will take Steward and Roach word over someone like you.
Ain't got a clue how you got Broner up their.
Thurman much bigger puncher and they fight at the same weight.
I don't take anybodies word, I like to examine the facts and make my own opinion.
Maybe you should try some independent thought every now and again.
Why is Pacquiao 3rd??? He has knocked Hatton out cold since LWW and that's it? He stopped cotto with accumulation and he did the same with De La Hoya. He was dropped and knocked out by JMM with ease, and Bradley also beat him with a lot of ease. Both took his shots.
Mathysse is at LWW and has knocked all but two out that he has won?!
Mikkel Kessler above Froch?! Eh? This forum is a joke to be fair. The lack of knowledge is really really poor.

Think you have misread the title, it is a p4p power list.
Who is the biggest puncher p4p.
Kessler certainly don't have P4P power though. Not knocked out a top fighter. Froch knocked out Bute who was considered quality. Same with Jermaine Taylor. Also wobbled Kessler and nearly stopped him in the 12th.
Bute chin is poor.
If a fighter loses or has a bad chin himself, it does not lessen their power.
