Dropping RJ & JOH is good for the club, the dressing room, for the fans & for performances on the pitch. It also shows KJ is in charge.

Dropping Ward & Henry is far less clear...it might be a move in the right direction, it might not. It depends on how they are replaced.

But offloading Doyle in this division looks to me like a huge step backwards. Unless he is replaced with a quality international...& how likely is that...it's a huge statement of intent that we are prepared to accept our status as a League one club.

My concern is Morgan & Moxey's are now thinking in terms of 'how good do we actually need to be in this division, & who can else can we sell and still dbe 'sustainable' ' rather than 'If we keep our best players & have strength in depth we can walk this league'

I'm starting to think that the good pre season has led them to think they really could get by on the youngsters & squad players alone, which will be a huge mistake.

Wolfgang.........Doyle did nothing of note last year and will easily be superseded by Griffiths .....and at less than half the cost !

The players being named about got us RELEGATED

We've had a good youth system and Academy of grade 1 status for a few years now! Now is the time for those players to step it up......and get rid of the high earners who got us here !

Evolution is upon us ! Embrace it and move forward !

Not since 09 has I felt so excited for the new season for various reasons (mainly because I was sick of getting beat up every week)

I can see your concerns but it is outweighed by the optimism of what lies ahead in my eyes

New start....new manager.....new players and hopefully a wining mentality and a identity I can feel proud of when I say .......I'm Wolves !

MM was great and I thank him for that era, but it turned sour and nobody could stop the rot. KJ has identified that and got rid the players responsible for getting us here ............I think that was a must if we want to move forward.........starting at PNE

Also, the massive away following makes me believe that most agree with what he is trying to do !

From todays E & S

Johnson and O’Hara, who have two and three years respectively on their deals, took salary cuts as part of relegation clauses in their contracts after the club dropped out of the Premier League, but still earn more than £20,000-a-week.

Thats kind of my point. No ones doubting we have some potential in our youngsters but we can't expect them to be at the top of league when they have barely turned out for our first team, if at all.

And again, for the league we have a good looking squad on the hole but one or two injuries and to our midfield and we will start to look very thin on the ground. Fingers crossed we see an experienced addition or 2 before the end of the transfer window

Although on a side note I do believe we will be up there with the best in terms of striker options what with Siggy's potential, Griffiths goals last season and how much of a force Cassidy was on loan at tranmere!

Well done halfy, im glad some can see the bigger picture and move forward.

Kj is doing exactly what needed doing last year and for some players several years ago.........why the hell play someone who has no long term future at the club, KJ doesnt fancy some of them and has a vision for what he wants to create.....they don't fit it so they are moved aside, and damn right!!

We have a bloódy academy we have paid a fortune for, if we cannot look to it whilst in division one we may as well pack it up now as it will be worthless.

Why some want to cling to players who have given us back to back relegations i will never know.

The futures bright, it may take a few years, but embrace it.

Wolfie - couldn't agree more. Did you stand on a box wearing a bowler hat and smoking a cigar when you said that?

Says he who has said he would have retained Henry and that Doumbia is the best midfield player at the club

50/50 has it spot on imo. All this talk about Doyle is embarrassing. He's not the player he was, he wants to leave and if Celtic only value him at 500,000 quid, it just highlights how the value of all the players KJ has sidelined, has depreciated.

We are in the third tier now, a slight matter some seem to be forgetting, plus many of our so called "inexperienced" players have played at this level while out on loan.

We all want promotion at the first attempt, but it might not happen. Sheff. Utd are trying for the third time to get out, so there's no need for the panic that seems to be emanating from some on 'ere.

The sooner some of these players leave, the sooner we may get a few in. Even with Doyle and Doumbia out, we still have a 23 man squad.

Have faith in the younger players, it's just a shame some of them weren't blooded earlier.

So are they inexperienced or not?

Good enough you are old enough.....end of story.

Add to that the bonus that they are not used to having there assés handed to them on a plate most weekends like our vitally important experrienced heads.

Maybe KJ see's that experience as not neccessary......

''Hey Doyle, i dont think these boys appreciate chasing lost causes all afternoon and not being an attacking threat....have a word''

The irony is that Doyle should want to stick around to get tips from blóódy Griffiths, not the other way around.
