LFC and Arsenal are not rivals. You have to have won ol big ears to be considered a rival of LFC like Milan and Madrid.
You ought to be ashamed comparing a selling club and a European minnow like Arsenal to LFC. Get a grip pal.
I consider Liverpool our rivals, not particularly threatening ones over the last couple of years, but rivals none the less.
I think it's been explained about 100 times but here we go again.
Out of the teams that finished in the top 4 last season; Arsenal are the only team we would probably be able to catch as Chelsea, City and United are going to be streaks ahead of us.
Our target for where we want to be is the top 4. Therefore Arsenal are the team we need to surpass - therefore strengthening them by selling them our best player would be suicide. Get it,

OP,
Do we need this type of article anymore? Was funny for a few days, but very monotonous now.
Arsenal haven't won the league in what 9/10 years? That's still pretty shambolic... We've won the CL since you last won the league.
Is that a Liverpool fan ignoring the present state and bringing up history?
My word, yes it is, lovely
We've won the Emirates Cup the same amount of times in recent years so it's fair to say we're about even
Gets ready for a history lesson..........

No it isn't
It's YOUR OPINION, nothing more, nothing less, and delusional at best
Henrys has called it about right.
We're trying to bridge the gap not widen it even more. Selling him makes very little sense.
Ultimately one spot remains in the top 4 and that's we're we want to be. Wether we're good enough at the moment is another matter.
When you sold Van Persie to Utd a lot if your supporters weren't happy selling to a 'rival'. This is much the same case.
This is why I cannot stand Arsenal fans. I answer the question with a perfectly calm calculated response and it gets completely ignored and turns into a bickering session.
I've lost all respect for Arsenal as a club and that's pretty much all down to the fans on here.

On last weeks The Walking Dead there was a scene where the living were in an arena with zombies... walkers... biters... whateverers chained up and de-toothed.
Thought about Liverpool while I watched.
Not sure why. Must have been the shell suits.

It's like us saying we can challenge city for the title. It's delusion. Liverpool fans are deluded as hell.
Didn't say you had to care about my respect but I think the majority of posters on this site probably feel the same way
