What happened to the days when there wouldn't be any bad blood between the selling club and the player.
Time to offer him to all the clubs round to Europe for £40m. Owners must stay strong and not sell to Arsenal.
Fair play to Suarez for breaking this silence and putting a few myths right. Now the club need to respond to these damning allegations with regards to the contract.

So who still thimks he is injured. I knew he wasnt and yo could tell last few days he has been moody and nit trying. The bit thst gets me is that he says he has repaid the loyalry by scoring the goals. Erm excuse mw that is your job, which he got paid handsomly for. His behaviour has made torres move look amicable. We must get rid now at high price as possible. Let him take us to court.
I really think a few clubs will come in for him after this, ok he wants to leave but he doesn't actually say I want to go to arsenal does he? And the club will look after number one so if any foreign cl club come in then we will sell to then first I reckon, unless the clause is a release then once it's net Luis can pick his club which leaves us with little we can do but hey 40 million to be spent so it's not all bad
There was always a very realistic possibility that he would try to force through a move to Arsenal, despite some on here steadfastly refusing the idea. It's a sickener but we've got to regroup and make sure we get the best out of it. Promises or not he's under contract and we feel confident on our standing.
Hopefully this will spark some activity abroad at Madrid or elsewhere at a cheaper fee. Around the 30m mark perhaps. Although this is going to be strenuous you feel over the next week.
We'll move on, we always do.

Henry still reckons he's going nowhere!
There is nothing wrong with his behaviour. He believes he had an agreement and that the club have gone against this.

Perfect
Anyone gonna run a book on the size of his fine for that interview?
I'm going two weeks wages
Honour the agreement?
What about the agreement you had about shaking hands with evra. What about all the other shît youve put liverpool fans through and have supported you throughout. What about the amazing reception you received at anfield unlike any other players in your position at other clubs. What about when you said that you wont put in a transfer request. Had enough of this twàt.
Suarez the gift that just keeps on giving
Its really quite simple
If you want the player then put in a bid that the club would consider
Its unfair to the club that we just say 'ok, we'll accept your wish, 40m is more than enough'
Ffs, Bale is being touted at 85m and we're feeling forced into selling our prize asset on the cheap.
Some of u on here act defended him for his racist remark, and his biting, a great player WC but he needed to go after the evra incident we made bad mistakes, and i think we be a better team for it without him, even if everyone think we struggle. Hope BR will spend the money wisley, and with sturridge to come back we could be a dark hourse for 4th.
Look if we offer him abroad we'll have to offer him for less than what Arsenal are offering.
Clubs abroad will know we don't want to sell to a Premier League rival and will not go near 40m. I'd take 30m now to see him move to Spain or France or Outer Mongolia.
Regardless of where he goes, shouldn't you guys be more annoyed about him wanting to leave pool than arsenal being interested in him.
You stood by him and the clubs rep was severely tarnished over the race issue.
I'm sure Ath Madrid and Napoli would want more money if Bale was compared to Falcao and Cavani but the fact remains if there is a release clause of £40m then there might be some legal implications.
The club needs to respond to this ASAP.
Putting in a request is a whole new ball game. He has the upper hand and liverpool will want funds for the replacement.
Shame to lose such a good player from the league. None of this let him rot, he will be sold.
I think we should look to get a player as part of a deal from a foreign club, it all depends on this clause though have to see what the club come back with, if the club are adamant the clause does not force us to sell at 40 then they have to state this publicly ASAP.
Luis makes some valid points but he has to understand that the club will look after number 1 first and to sell abroad is our prerogative

The fact that he expects us to sell him under value just because we said that we would sell him is ridiculous.
I would say we have a legal advantage as we could just say that we value him for more than what is being offered. Argue that his value is £50m and it's irrelevant whether the bid is £40m or £10m - it's under what we value him and therefore we should not sell.
Is there a CL clause but not a value clause? Is that right?
Like a lot of footballers he's a bit thick and full of contradictions.
Us not playing ball and quite rightly so has seen the side he probably didn't want to show. That he'll go to any length to get his move.

His version is that there is both:
- £40m release clause if a CL club bid for him
