Morning
Well I was praying that Gareth comes out and say's something regarding his future, but when you read Suarez's comments you think what a little
Suarez is wrong, he should be fighting the club, not using the media (which is ironic seeing as they hate him)
He's a disloyal little rat who should leave England!
It's a bit like leaving your partner due to hygiene issues and then marrying a t.urd
Personally baring in mind they currently only have Benzema as a senior proper "Real Madrid quality" striker I think Madrid have been suspiciously quiet on Suarez.
My theory is that they're going to wait until last minute, and try and get him cheaper as Liverpools only other option is Arsenal....
This may just be wishful thinking though
So this morning, Louis Suarez has come out and said (and I paraphrase) 'Liverpool are just an awful club and I want to actually win something'. On the other hand Bale (and to a certain extent Rooney) has just kept eerily quiet on the whole thing.
---------------------------------
The thing is, before Suarez's statement, even he kept quiet on the matter, with reports about him being unhappy and wanting to move were only from the media.
The difference here is that Suarez clearly feels Liverpool have reneged on a contractual agreement. He feels he has prrof written down on paper and has a case for it. Bale has nothing. If he really wants to leave (and i still highly doubt this) he has no right to ask for a transfer request. He's done little so far in his career and Spurs are givening him an excellent base to make his name.

It's this part that annoys me - yes Bale may not want to move but it just seems really sneaky just to sit on the fence. At least Suarez (never thought I would say a good word about him) has had the balls to speak his mind.
Bale is saving face, he can do another season with us and if he keep's quiet then we won't hate him for it.
He saw what happened to Modric he has first hand experience
is it really worth the hassle for Arsenal if he signs?
-------------------------------
Thudd, we've had many caaants in our club. The difference is, we've had the unfortunate experience of finding out their were caants whilst with the club. We know Suarez is a caant from the start. A top class quality caant though.
With regards to Bale, i think it's mostly media BS. I really don't think he desperately wants to leave, and even if he did he can easily be persuaded to slog it out with Spurs for another season.
No question mate, Suarez for me is world class, but when you have world class players with baggage you have to look at the whole situation and wonder is it worth it?
Arsenal are praying for Suarez as you desperatly need the player to move you on, getting into the CL couldn't be more important right now
bale staying schtum is a win/win for him....
gets his move.....he was respectful all the way thru....
don't get his move....he can say he never intended to leave......
if he does go thou....and don't say nice things about the club i'll be.....
i dunno that g00ns are that desperate for a forward thou...scoring goals wasn't a problem for them last season....
i'd say a DM and maybe tweaking at the back was more important....and a GK....
i dunno that g00ns

A bit mean.

AWWW SERIAL...AND YOU GUYS ARE ALWAYS SO NICE ABOUT US.....

Perhaps he has not had the opportunities to show off his full repertoire of iness at the Poool. With a manager that "did not see it" , he could well reach even greater levels.
'Liverpool are just an awful club and I want to actually win something'.
Did he actually use those words or is there a bit of artistic licence there?
