One thing I have seen people miss here, did anyone else notice how brilliant Spain were until they took the lead? A real joy to watch! After that they didn't really look to have a plan and just surrendered the game to the Dutch.

This world cup has started off brilliantly, unless you're Spanish.

I won't go as far as saying they were brilliant but they showed moments of brilliance with Iniesta thriving, Alonso having a decent game and they were definitely better than Holland.

However, Holland had chances. The CFs of Holland were running in behind the Spanish back line with ease and Blind had Azipilcueta in his pocket.

Spin in their peak dominate possession, do not partake in excessive long balls and are intense in pressing.

Great start. It's a relief we've been put out of our misery so early.

Not really, he has a 3.5m buyback clause (yeah I know) and we have 50% sell on clause too.

Blind was excellent. Not seen a great deal of him but have heard good things.

Could be a better alternative to Luke Shaw?

I knew you had the clauses, but I thought that was a bit different to part ownership.
