Phenomenal stuff.
BEST EVER START TO A LA LIGA SEASON.
TOP OF THE TABLE.
BRING ON REAL MADRID.
Until week 5, Madrid will only have played teams with a 100% record this season.
Bit ironic when you hear the 'Madrid ruin players' line and take a quick look at the ex-Castilla forwards playing in the PL:
Negredo - City
Soldado - Spurs
Eto'o - Chelsea
Mata - Chelsea
Where will Morata and Jesé end up?
Morning
Morata and Jese are both very good talents and will end up at some good clubs. Be surprised if Madrid sell tem both in their Youth ages really and I'll be even more surprised if they both don't go in their prime for a good £30M - £40M personally.
Think they'll make it World Class - But what sort of player do you have to be nowadays to have the 'value' of a 'World Class' player, never mind in 5 years time!

To do that, they'll have to be at a club where they can fulfill their potential. How's a 20-year-old academy winger like Jesé going to do that at Madrid, when he'd have to displace players who've cost around €100M each? As well as Ronaldo and Bale, there's Di Maria and then also Ozil and/or Isco getting shifted out wide to accommodate each other. And they're all young enough to keep Jesé out of the rotation for years to come.
Morata has it slightly easier in that he seems second in the pecking order only to Benzema, who isn't exactly flavour of the month, but let's wait 'till the transfer window closes to see if that situation remains unchanged. Jesé's also played the striker role at Castilla, but doing so in La Liga or Europe is a totally different kettle of fish.
I understand there are many there but it seems Di Maria and Benzema COULD be on their way out of Madrid for Arsenal, whether true is another story. But that could just make way for both then but Jese does have it more difficult and I'm surprised someone like Arsenal haven't offered for Jese on loan/permanent really, just fills the Winger role they need.
As you say, Morata has the easier job and he did start in a few games for them last season. Again, a loan spell maybe last season or this season would benefit them with clauses on each of the loan deals where they can leave for £30M/£25M or something like that. Not going to happen at Madrid with either of them, but maybe at another European Club.
Maybe, but that's my gripe. We keep on producing talented forwards only to spend ridiculous amounts on bring other players in from elsewhere.
Di Maria I can see leaving, but not Benzema unless we bring in another striker.
I get a lot of points by predicting Osasuna to lose every week
Well it's making money as well as losing money at the same time. Because it's no question that the big players you are bringing in are better than the Youth talents which you will then sell off. But maybe a change in policy is required by Ancelotti this season, who knows.
I need to start writing again. I haven't written on football for ages.
Hello guys
TU, Do you mean just general comments or do you work as a Sports Journalist or something?
General comments LRF. I'm no journalist, I just like writing. Not very well but still..
Your last signing from Spurs is handling himself well chaps

Ah right. Well if you do general comments, you'd be better than most Journalists right now with their badgering shít they've made up this summer.
Have really seen yourself, try out some articles and I'll post. I like general comments as well.
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS
Well done Arsenal.
Heard Modric was a beast today
modric was excellent today,
isco wasnt bad either
RM are really beginning to see the best of Modric.
His speed of thought and even more impressive speed of thought was very impressive - something Xabi struggles with.
It'd be interesting to see if Ancelotti persists with Modric and leave Xabi on the bench or play them both?
PS
Why do Madrid need Bale again? Unless CR is to be moved to the no 9?
who knows why madrid need bale !
i have no idea from a footballing point of view why he is going to madrid
modric + khedira/casemiro/illarramendi in the centre of midfield could work long term
alonso's lack of mobility in big matches (esp against dortmund) was v obvious last season imo
