United made alot of money for Nike, we sold so many shirts for them.
Brazil is the wealthiest country in Latin America surely, isn't it the 6th biggest economy in the world now
Doubt losing Arsenal and United will bother them that much seeing how many different teams they sponsor.

Think Nike have City left as the big team in the PL.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Imagine how much City will squeeze from them next time renewal time comes up.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They don't have that right yet, City are still rather small in Europe
They're small worldwide as well.
I do expect Puma to bid aggressively for deals from now since it seems they have finally woken up! Nike could find themselves in the cold if they continue on this slumber they are on now.

Not in terms of how much there is for each Brazillian.
Purchasing power per capita, Chile -just confirmed- is the wealthiest country in LatAm.
Worldwide it's just 2 places behind Gabon.
Don't stop thinking about tomorrow

You must be kidding right?
Brazil, Barca, PSG, City, Juventus will still bring in massive revenue, as will France, England etc
Suarez shirt burning has already begun
Football shirts are a declining market. The emergence of newly rich clubs has diluted the fanbases of overseas gloryhunters- that and that there's probably a massive market of fake replica shirts on the go.
Companies will not pay so much for just one club anymore.
Wump, I think you're underestimating the fact they sponsor Borezil and Barca and Neymar and Messi play for them.
They also sponsor Ronaldo, Rooney and Neymar. Not just about shirt sales, in which they're probably leading the way anyway.
Puma aren't going to trouble Nike just because they sponsor Arsenal and Balotelli.

He deserves a hug Dazza, the years of abuse that guy got from his own fans is horrid
Read today Villa want Young back, they're offering £7m. If we don't let him go for that fee then we are bigger mugs than them.

I don't really believe it was ever that big.
Deals involving so many parties, add-ons, all sorts of payments through several countries, merchandise sales figures that can easily be fiddled...football is a money launderer's dream.
brazilian team being booed by their own fans
facking borezil

Yes- the profit surely comes from the pitiful wages companies like Nike must be paying its workers.
Borezil with a boring anthem, quelle surprise
