So pleased Liverpool's owners are taking this stance with Suarez. He will cause no end of unrest and damage to them this coming season and this in turn will knock millions of his market value.

It's win win really now as if they do actually sell him when they say they have no intentons then it shows the owners as being weak or liars.

I hope this rumbles on throughout the season. One thing for sure the media spotlight will be on him more than ever now.

Not for sale at any price! Oh dear what a farce.

The embarrassing media circus surrounding Suaraz, apart from boring the cr@p out of most of us must be starting to affect the club.
Why try to hang on to a player who's made it clear he doesn't want to play for them? Surely it's better to get rid early doors with a month of the transfer window to go?? Rather than drag it out to its ugly conclusion.

Quite entertaining for Everton fans tho!

United denied Ronaldo his dream move for 3 full seasons and he won them 3 titles and aCL.

Modric was held and they got 4th (no one could have seen Chelsea fluking the CL)

Tevez was brought back and City won the title.

This holding on to players who want out thing seems to work out quite often.

Suarez, Sterling and Henry. All very embaressing for our RS neighbours. In a week when Gerard (another thug) actualy raised a lot of money for charity, all the news is about baseball and 2 genital heads. (If Sterling did what is alleged).

You are forgetting one minor detail. This is Suarez we are talking about here.Judging by his past history(taking groningen to court, losing his court case so he went on strike before moving to Ajax)I can only see major problems at Anfield concerning him.

Hopefully this will be the case

I'm not sure a strike would get noticed, he is suspended for a while anyway!

If only we had such noble players such as baxter and pienaar.

Baxter doesn't play for us any more & pinear was a one off, so it may be nice if you didn't have players who were repeat offenders

I wonder how many players we've had that are women beaters on our books

Gazza!

Ohh yeah forgot we were Gazza's last big pay day.He is another disgraceful excuse for a man.

There's no excuse for any man beating a woman, hope Sterling gets what he deserves, but no doubt it will be the case of another witness being paid off to not turn up.
