I said a couple of years ago that football would be like this.
i.e. like American sports where the head-coach submits a list of players and positions to fill to the general manager of the team. Who then goes out and tries to bring in the targets.

What I don't understand is how a lot of your fellow fans slate Lennon for not getting his targets when they know that as long as Lawell has been in his job that it is he who does the bizzo.
