If the club have decided to sell then they will be wanting to line up replacements now before any Bale sale is announced....so potentially it is in the interest of both club and player that he remains fit and healthy to complete the deal. If we went out and spent another £50 on a couple Roma players only for the Bale deal to fall through then we'd be fecked, financially at least...on the pitch we'd be awesome
