Does Jones remind any of you of Steve Bruce, in the way he moves about? It's like going back in time.
Not a bad half, considering we are playing a good team, away from home.
Jones and Clevs need to pick it up a bit. Think Giggs is doing ok, as are Danny and Valencia.
I've been quite encouraged by that first 45 minutes.
The first 15 minutes we couldn't get the ball really, but they never really threatened and we didnt panic. As the half has worn on we've come into the game and played some nice stuff. We've also created chances which was my main worry before the match.
If we could get a creative midfielder and a ball winner I think we would be very well set. Cleverley doesnt do it for me, I dont think he offers enough and Giggs should only really be an impact sub.
Other than that things have gone well
giggs needs to be taken off
Score one more, and we can finish the opening day in the same spot we finished last season
One more goal and we are top of the league...Come On United.
How could we possibly score one more goal with Giggs on the pitch though?
