We are very pleased with the way we are going and our recent results highlight how much of a force we have become. From here we are looking to get 5th and really challenge to win the Europa League. We also feel that taking more points off the top 4 can show we are moving forward quickly.

Where do you want to improve and what are you aims?

Realistically I think we have to achieve Europe but that reaching 5th place might be a challenge too far with Wolves and Liverpool both offering strong competition. We should be beating Milan Napoli in the EL, and if the draw is kind it would be good to reach the final. We have had an overhaul in the squad replacing the older players and leaving us with a far better squad to build upon with great backup. In terms of first team I’d like bring in a better cm to play alongside Gerrard, while possibly improving on Kaboul or another winger to play opposite side to Robinho.

I think I would agree with these targets, maybe prioritising the winger at the moment?

I feel we have to at least push those two teams, we have the players to do so it would be a disappointment otherwise.
