At least the new left back will be confirmed.

He wants more money...
"He thought winger Verhoek was on his way to the City Ground after ADO Den Haag accepted an undisclosed offer, but talkSPORT understands the 24-year-old has rejected McClaren's terms on the table.
Forest are planning a second round of talks but the snub is a setback for McClaren, who has made no secret of his desire to improve his squad this summer."

If he wants more money then he'll have to stay in the Netherlands and get a part time job at McDonald's.
Lets put together a team of "Done Deals"...
heres my starters for Done Deal Forest...
Matt Mills
Darren Pratley
Peter Whittingham
Wesley Verhoek
Wayne Routledge...
feel free to add...lets make a team
You missed the most obvious one - Nicky Shorey. Christ on a bike, we even have to do Derby's wumming for them.
Gareth Bale
But the OBVIOUS one is Barker
Everything was agreed, just before the medical he changed his mind, what can you do?

You could always start walking on broken glass
Frankly, we've had a lucky escape here, as we could have been left seriously out of pocket had he signed a contract. I bet he wouldn't have done this if it was a Premier League club though.
They've had a lucky escape now!!!!!
you couldn't make it up.
You prat. I was obviously pointing out that if we'd signed him then he ran away we'd have lost a lot of money. <dough>
Thing is, Derby manage to get their signings done without too many problems, but they are on a different level to Forest. The players they bring in are from lower divisions or Scotland, hence these players are easier to sign. We on the other hand are looking at Prem/Top European targets, which obviously makes it more difficult to seal these deals.
Yeah cos he would have been on massive wages at Barnsley!
"Tope European Targets" - ??
Ah, the dutch league. It's like a poor man's SPL...
Remind me again who the top European/Prem players are you've signed?
ssssssshhh. Thought not.
Try reality, it's easier to stomach.

George Boeteng is from Holland.. And apparently Jonathan Greening holidayed in Spain this summer.
George Boeteng: The top European target man.
This stuff is even better than 'Stellar signings'.
That's cool, you use a player who has played in the premiership to put Forest down, when you bought two 'legends' from the SPL!
So how do you feel about signing a player with 'derby' in his name?
